Yes, this is one of THOSE blogs. I’m hoping for support as I recover from the 40 pounds I’ve packed on in the past 5 years in a sedentary desk job. Join me on my journey. At the moment I’m inspired by “The Four Hour Body.” I’d kind of like to set up “Charles Atlas Is My Personal Trainer” blog someday, too. At any rate, according to the “Four Hour Body,” it’s helpful to keep a food diary that involves taking and posting pictures of your meals.
