http://lettylosesit.wordpress.com/, I will post a little information about my goals here. Baseline: I’m 40 -45 pounds above my comfort zone. I’m 3 sizes larger than my regular clothing size and my goal is to get back to where I was before I started my current job–5 years ago to the day! I will exercise 4 times a week and — here’s the kicker — walk the dog at least 5 times a week — and NOT include that as exercise, so that it’ll be a little extra. Also, no midnight snacks and no second helpings.

    Yay! I’m glad I could inspire you! I’m all for mutual cheerleadership! You can DO it!
    I feel like it’s the little things like midnight snacks, second helpings, nipping a bit here and there that do me in. Glad to hear you’re putting them on notice!
